bg722 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Use of the Platform

1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between bg722 (referred to herein as "bg722", "we", "us", or "the Platform") and any individual (referred to as "you", "the Player", or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the bg722 online gaming platform available at https://bg722.io and any associated mobile applications or services.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bg722 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

6 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports betting and casino products offered on bg722. Product-specific rules for individual games, sports, and markets are published in the relevant sections of the platform and form part of this Agreement:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only when bg722's system registers a successful confirmation and a unique bet reference is generated. Bets placed during system interruptions or at erroneous odds are not binding on bg722.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may be adjusted by bg722 without prior notice.
• Palpable Errors: bg722 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that contain a manifest error (including typographical, computational, or data-feed errors). Such voids will be communicated to the affected player promptly.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes through your payment provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by bg722;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or bg722 support staff via any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether or not bg722 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;

• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security;

Nothing in this Agreement excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. bg722's aggregate maximum liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination and Account Closure

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the player's account subject to the following conditions:

• Player-Initiated Closure: You may request account closure at any time by contacting bg722 support via Live Chat or in-app messaging. Closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any verified outstanding balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any pending wagering requirements or compliance checks.

• Effect of Termination: Upon account closure, your licence to use the platform is immediately revoked. bg722 retains the right to retain transactional records in accordance with applicable data retention obligations and our Privacy Policy.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bg722 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Agreement will always be available at https://bg722.io/terms-conditions, with the effective date clearly stated at the top of the document.

Where changes are material — such as modifications to wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, or eligibility criteria — bg722 will publish a prominent notice on the platform and, where possible, communicate the change via the email address associated with your account at least 7 days before the amendment takes effect.

Your continued use of the bg722 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
